Ohio Revised Code Section 2925
CauseAn individual is found guilty by an Ohio court of applicable drug related offenses under Chapter 2925 of the Ohio Revised Code.
6 months to 5 years.
Appeal of conviction must be made through the court that issued the conviction.
Any person whose license or permit has been suspended under section 2925 of the Ohio Revised Code may file a petition for limited driving privileges in the court which imposed the suspension. A reinstatement fee (if offense date is on or after October 1, 1997) is required to clear this suspension, in addition to the suspension period being served.
